| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an other of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 8, 2018, inter alia, to waive certification of the supplemental appellant's appendix pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g), and to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 19, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the requirements of 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) regarding certification of the supplemental appellant's appendix are waived, on or before January 21, 2020, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental appellant's appendix which contains only those documents listed in the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 19, 2019, and the motion is otherwise denied.
