On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 9, 2019, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following certification order on motion is substituted therefor:
Appeal by Kenneth Goode from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated August 19, 2019. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Maurice D. Williams, dated October 23, 2019, it is
ORDERED that the respondent is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,
