Appeal by Tiana S., and separate appeal by Matthew S., from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated January 3, 2019. By scheduling order dated October 11, 2019, the appellants were directed to perfect their appeals or submit an affidavit or an affirmation withdrawing their appeals, within 60 days of the date of the scheduling order. The appellants have not perfected or withdrawn their appeals.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appellants are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled proceedings for failure to comply with the scheduling order dated October 11, 2019, by each filing an affirmation or affidavit on that issue in the office of the Clerk of this Court and serving one copy of the same on each other on or before January 9, 2020; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties by regular mail.
