Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered March 7, 2019, in effect, for leave to reargue her prior motion to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated May 21, 2019 and her opposition to respondent's prior motion to vacate that stay, which prior motions were determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated September 20, 2019, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from this court's September 20, 2019 decision and order on motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
