Motion by the appellants to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action and the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered January 17, 2019, and an order of the same court dated February 6, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and all proceedings in the above-entitled action and the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, located at 125 Alicia Drive, North Babylon, New York, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
