Motion by the respondent-respondent pro se for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 29, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.3(b) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b]), the respondent-respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until January 21, 2020, and the respondent-respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
