DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Leo Salzman to reduce the period of discipline imposed by an opinion and order of this Court dated September 25, 2019, which suspended him from the practice of law for a period of two years, commencing October 25, 2019, or, in the alternative, to modify the opinion and order so that he may continue to perform legal work on certain matters. Mr. Salzman was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 6, 1974.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
