Motion by the appellants to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action and the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 30, 2017, and a judgment of the same court entered January 9, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and all proceedings in the above-entitled action and the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, located at 175 Waccabuc Road, Goldens Bridge, New York, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
