Respondent-appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered January 14, 2019 (denominated a motion for an extension of time to perfect), and to consolidate the appeals,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to vacate the dismissal of the appeals is denied, with leave to renew upon the submission of a new motion that includes, among other things, an affidavit setting forth sufficient facts to demonstrate meritorious appeals (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]), and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar it seeks to consolidate the appeals is dismissed.
