The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Arman Zarghani, Appellant.

Motion by respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered July 12, 2018.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and respondent shall serve and file its brief on or before March 6, 2020. Appellant may, if he be so advised, serve and file a reply brief within seven days after service upon him of the respondent's brief.
