The People of the State of New York, Appellant, v Kaitlyn Johnson, Respondent.

Motion by appellant to consolidate appeals from orders of the City Court of Long Beach, Nassau County, entered July 10, 2019 and September 27, 2019, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that appellant may perfect the appeals with a single brief bearing both appeal numbers and there shall be oral argument, if requested, on both of the appeals at the same time; and it is further,

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals is granted and the appeals shall be perfected by March 6, 2020.
