Motion by respondent on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County entered May 30, 2018, for leave to reargue the branch of his prior motion seeking an enlargement of time to serve and file a respondent's brief, which branch of his prior motion was denied in a decision and order on motion of this court dated October 8, 2019, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from so much of the October 8, 2019 decision and order on motion as denied that branch of his prior motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
