| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 7, 2018, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated April 18, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before January 2, 2020, the appellant shall delete the material stricken by the decision and order on motion dated August 7, 2018, from the copies of the record and the appellant's brief filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court, or serve and file replacements that do not contain the stricken material; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the plaintiff-respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until February 3, 2020, and the plaintiff-respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
