(Attorney Registration No. 1907435)

DECISION & ORDER ON
MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Carl Maza for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Maza was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 18, 1984. By opinion and order of this Court dated March 17, 2003, Mr. Maza was disbarred upon his resignation, effective immediately, and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

We find that Carl Maza does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.

SCHEINKMAN, P.J., MASTRO, RIVERA, DILLON and MALTESE, JJ., concur.
