Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered July 5, 2017, and to waive certification of the record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g). Separate motion by the appellant pro se to recuse certain Justices of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
