On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court dated December 20, 2019, in the above-entitled matter, in connection with an application by the defendant pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 27, 2019, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Supreme Court, County," and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court, Queens County."
