DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to dismiss appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both entered March 11, 2019, on the ground that the record is incomplete, or, in the alternative, for leave to serve and file a respondent's appendix.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeals is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file a respondent's appendix is denied as unnecessary, as a respondent's appendix has already been filed.
