Motion by the appellants to substitute retained counsel on an appeal from an order of the Court of Claims, dated October 23, 2018, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Caitlin Robin & Associates, PLLC, 30 Broad Street, Suite 702, New York, New York 10004, is substituted as retained counsel on the appeal, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until January 27, 2020, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
