DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated June 28, 2019. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 2, 2019, the appellant was granted poor person relief and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal:
