Motion by the respondent-appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 20, 2018, and an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court entered May 30, 2019, to dismiss the appeal from the order entered December 20, 2018, on the ground that it has been rendered academic.
