Motion by Emma Riconda, as personal representative of the estate of the deceased appellant, John R. Riconda, to be substituted for the deceased appellant, John R. Riconda, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered October 10, 2018, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Emma Riconda, as personal representative of the estate of the deceased appellant, John R. Riconda, is substituted for the deceased appellant, John R. Riconda, and the caption is amended accordingly.
