Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered February 21, 2019. The order granted respondent's motion for leave to execute the warrant of eviction.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeal is dismissed as moot, as appellant has been evicted; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied as academic.
