Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Southampton, Suffolk County, rendered November 1, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal shall be perfected on or before January 31, 2020; and it is further

ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by January 31, 2020, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move to dismiss on three days' notice and may serve the appellant in person.
