An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about July 16, 2019, And defendant-appellant having moved for an order staying execution of a warrant of eviction pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, and enjoining plaintiff from further exercising or transferring any ownership interest in the subject premises, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying execution of the warrant of eviction pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and on condition the appeal is perfected for the May 2020 Term.
