DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c), to vacate the dismissal of an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered April 9, 2018, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 21, 2019. Separate motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order and judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion for leave to reargue the prior motion, inter alia, to vacate the dismissal of the appeal, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to stay enforcement of the order and judgment, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied.
