Motion by the appellant to substitute counsel on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 8, 2019, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal. Application by the appellant to withdraw the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to substitute counsel is granted, and Schlissel DeCorpo, LLP, 479 Merrick Road, Lynbrook, New York 11563, is substituted as counsel for the appellant on the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, and the appeal is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
