Application by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered July 24, 2017, to withdraw his motion for leave to file a supplemental brief, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 24, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 24, 2019, is recalled and vacated, and the appellant's motion for leave to file a supplemental brief is deemed withdrawn.
