Petitioner-appellant having moved to stay all proceedings related to this matter pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 30, 2019, which denied and dismissed his Article 78 petition, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, the revocation of petitioner's driver's license pursuant to the determination at issue, on the condition that appellant perfects the appeal for the April 2020 Term of this Court.
