Motion by the appellant to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 19, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, located at 86 Jerusalem Avenue, Massapequa, New York, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
