DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Separate motion by Christopher S. Comstock, an attorney in good standing in the State of Illinois, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the appellants on the appeal. Separate motion by Thomas V. Panoff to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the appellants on the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by Lucia Nale is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by Christopher S. Comstock is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by Thomas V. Panoff is dismissed for failure to comply with the Electronic Filing Rules of the Appellate Division (see 22 NYCRR 1245.6[a][1][ii]).
