It is Ordered that the motion of the defendant-appellant seeking a stay of execution of the sentence pending the determination of the appeal and an enlargement of time to file defendant-appellant's appellate brief is granted. The defendant-appellate shall file his brief on or before the September 2020 term, the filing deadline for which is July 15, 2020.
