It is Ordered that the motion of the petitioner-appellant seeking an order staying all proceedings in the civil court, including the hearing for attorney's fees, pending the determination of the appeal is denied.
It is Further Ordered that the motion of the petitioner-appellant seeking an enlargement of time to perfect its appeal is granted. The petitioner shall perfect its appeal on or before the April 2020 term the filing deadline for which is February 13, 2020. Respondent's briefs are to be filed on or before March 5, 2020; reply briefs, if any, are to be filed on or before March 13, 2020.
