Motion by the appellant Mayer Berkovits to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 8, 2018, and February 6, 2019, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the appellant Mayer Berkovits to serve and file a reply brief is extended until January 22, 2020, and the reply brief of appellant Mayer Berkovits shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
