Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated September 12, 2017, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated May 1, 2019. By order dated December 17, 2019, the Court of Appeals granted leave to appeal from the decision and order of this Court dated May 1, 2019.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that Richard Lentino, 138 West Main Street, Middletown, NY 10940, is relieved as attorney for the children and is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new attorney for the children herein assigned; and it is further,
