Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered June 28, 2016, for leave to reargue en banc his prior motion, in effect, for leave to serve and file a replacement reply brief, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 17, 2019, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
