Appeals having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 4, 2019, and from the judgment, same Court, entered on or about October 31, 2019, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for a stay of enforcement of the aforesaid judgment to the extent it directed the New York Court Clerk to cancel a certain Notice of Pendency, pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, And an interim stay of the cancellation of the notice of pendency having been issued by order of a Justice of this Court on November 7, 2019, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, and the interim relief granted by the order of a Justice of this Court is vacated.ENTERED: January 9, 2020
