ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 8, 2020, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 25, 2018, is amended by deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the words "file digital copies" and substituting therefor the words "electronically file replacement copies."
