ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 26, 2019, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated June 15, 2019, is amended by deleting from the fourth decretal paragraph thereof the date "January 27, 2020," and substituting therefor the date "February 27, 2020."
