Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 8, 2019, to stay enforcement of the order entered October 8, 2019, and a judgment of the same court entered November 29, 2017, and the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order entered October 8, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and enforcement of the order entered October 8, 2019, and the judgment entered November 29, 2017, and the sale of the subject premises, located at 7 Oxford Boulevard, Great Neck, New York, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order entered October 8, 2019.
