DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 11, 2019 and October 9, 2019, respectively, to dismiss the appeal from the order dated October 9, 2019, as untimely taken.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the notice of appeal, which was timely filed as to the order dated October 9, 2019, is deemed timely served as to that order (see CPLR 5520[a]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
