Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the motion upon 140 Metropolitan Realty Corp. and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
