| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, in effect, to restore to active status an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated December 21, 2016, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted (see Hala v Orange Regional Medical Center, 178 AD3d 151), the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until April 9, 2020, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
