Defendant Summit Federal Credit Union having applied for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered July 10, 2019, and defendant Patricia A. Manchester having applied for an extension of time to file a brief on the appeal taken from the same order,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the applications, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that defendant Summit Federal Credit Union's application is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to March 2, 2020, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that defendant Patricia A. Manchester's application is granted and the time to file and serve a brief pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9 (f) (1) (iv) is extended to April 2, 2020.
