It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon the submission of a new motion that includes, among other things, an affidavit that explains the discrepancies between appellant's affidavit sworn to June 14, 2019, and his affidavit sworn to November 25, 2019, and that attaches a copy of the most recent statement(s) issued to him by his lender(s) indicating appellant's credit limit and balance for each of appellant's home equity lines of credit.
