DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated June 21, 2018, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court, dated August 7, 2019, and to consolidate the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted; the appeals from the orders are consolidated with the appeal from the order and judgment, the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders are deemed also to be filed in connection with the appeal from the order and judgment, and on or before February 18, 2020, the appellant shall correct the covers of the record and briefs filed with the Clerk of the Court to add Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-12559, serve and file digital replacement copies of the record and briefs that contain the corrected covers, and serve and file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
