petitioner-respondent; Kenneth F. (Anonymous),

respondent-appellant.

(Docket No. B-17167-16)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Kenneth F. from a purported order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 2, 2019. By order to show cause dated December 11, 2019, the parties were directed to show cause why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 2, 2019, was issued in the above-entitled proceeding.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.

BALKIN, J.P., COHEN, BARROS and IANNACCI, JJ., concur.
