Appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Westchester County, both rendered August 1, 2017.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated July 25, 2018, and March 7, 2019, which granted poor person relief and assigned counsel as to the judgment under Appellate Division Docket No. 2017-09153 are deemed amended to reflect that poor person relief and the assignment of counsel are also granted as to the appeal from the judgment under Appellate Division Docket No. 2017-09173.
