Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to mark certain material confidential on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 14, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the following material is marked confidential and may not be viewed by the public, but may be viewed by the parties to the appeal, counsel appearing on their behalf, or representatives of counsel, authorized in writing to view the confidential material: affirmation of Ravi Batra dated February 1, 2019, affidavit of Ramesh C. Vig dated February 1, 2019, the appellants' statement pursuant to 22 NYCRR 202.70, rule 19-a(b) dated February 1, 2019, and Exhibits 6 through 10 of the appellants' underlying motion papers; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants shall file a separate volume of the record or appendix which contains the confidential material; and it is further,
ORDERED that the remaining material filed in connection with the underlying motion papers, except for the memoranda of law, shall be filed in a volume or volumes of the record or appendix which shall not be marked confidential; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
