Motion by the respondent to amend the caption on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 4, 2018, and October 3, 2018, respectively, to substitute U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF11 Master Participation Trust for Federal National Mortgage Association.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking appropriate relief in the Supreme Court, Kings County.
