DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Dane Earl Finley from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 21, 2018. By scheduling order of this Court dated October 1, 2019, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was extended until October 28, 2019. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
